You’re invited!
With the assistance of Mitchell's Glass Works, the Canberra AFL Women's Teams of the Gungahlin Jets and ANU are hosting a combined Pink Footy Day on Sunday 13 May.
The aim of this inaugural event is to support the National Pink Footy and Netball Day initiative, founded by Breast Cancer Network Australia. In a first for the Jets, the ladies will be playing in a Pink Strip, whilst ANU will continue their tradition of wearing pink arm bands.
As we start to count down to the Pink Footy & Netball Day we’re inviting our biggest fans to cheer us on and to dig deep to help us reach OUR fundraising goal. So come on down to ANU South Oval on Sunday 13 May and support the teams as they pink it up in hopes of raising funds and awareness for Breast Cancer Network Australia (BCNA).

Every day, 38 women will be told they have breast cancer and 7 women will be lost to the disease. Your money will go towards providing support to women with quality information, treatment and care.
